Digital Signage Enhances Aquatic Experience

In early 2019, Freshwater Digital was invited to Gulfport, Mississippi along with our partner ComQi (an AUO Company). We met with the Mississippi Aquarium team to discuss their desire to have a digital signage network throughout the facility. With a target launch date of Spring 2020, we went right to work. Through dwell time analysis, considering the layout of each exhibit, and understanding the aquarium’s mission and vision, we provided measured recommendations for how to implement the digital signage network. Between ComQi’s hardware and software solutions, and Freshwater’s original content, we brought a world-class solution to Gulfport.

Due to delays caused by a global pandemic and a record number of hurricanes, the Mississippi Aquarium was finally able to open on August 29, 2020. They now provide visitors with many opportunities for education, entertainment, and a look at the aquatic wonders Mississippi has to offer.
